Google hasn’t released Chrome for those operating systems. However, you can run it in WINE. Linux users should already be familiar with WINE. Here’s some information about WINE on Mac:

Google hasn’t yet released its browser Chrome for the Mac and Linux users. But the CodeWeavers team have already created a Linux and Mac port of Google Chrome.
