the latest technology. But, I only have a buget around $1600 for both eyes.

If you want the most skilled surgeon and the latest technology,$1600 for both eyes isnt going to buy it. You get what you pay for and need to realize that these surgeons are good but expensive. I don’t know about you but I would never discount my eyes.
