Here is a place that reviews a bunch of weight loss programs, dieting aides, supplements and so on. The site even has categories like diabetes, low fat and hypnosis. Pretty cool site.http://www.reviewplace.com/cat-135-Diets…
Many of the products and programs listed have consumer reviews, so you can read what others think before you decide on one for yourself.
    Hope this helps!

Zantrex-3, I hate healthily last week and loset like 5lbs in 5 days on it. But, Sometimes you can get a little hyper on them, so be careful because they have a lot of caffeine in them. Don’t EVER take more than 2 in one day, it’s dangerous. If your from England then forget it, they illegal here, legal in the states though. I bought a bottle before I came home (england) Lolz, good luck m8.

As long as you have low blood pressure and can be deemed clinically obese by your physician, the only prescription that actually works is Phentermine. (the safe side of Phen/Phen) It is a small white pill with blue speckles, like a robin’s egg. I lost 45 pounds on it and was able to go off of it within 6 months. You have to be careful to drink a lot of water, work out and watch what you eat. Especially once you go off of them. You can safely go back on them when you need to.

I haven’t used it myself but I have a friend who is using Alli, it’s a “fat Blocker” that is a half-dose version of Xenical (an perscription diet pill) it is actually the first government-approved non-prescription pill.
They say Alli can cut the amount of fat that your body absorbs by around a quarter, or about 150-200 calories worth.
You have to be very careful about what your eat, the pills make it very unpleasant to cheat and by cheating I’m talking like one slice of pizza. Your givin a cetain amount of fat a day and if you go over your limit you will have some unpleasant symptoms like cramping, oily spotting, and anal leakage. Basically it is meant to change the way you eat and if you don’t you’ll pay for it.
Like all diet pills you have to eat a low fat diet and excersise which is pretty much all you have to do to lose weight in the first place. I have tried pretty much every over the counter diet pill out there and they usually just take your money and flush it down the toilet literally. My friend however has lost 10lbs in about a month and a bit but she has also been working out 3 days a week at curves. Anyway best of luck to you, if you have any sucess, let me know :)

Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week and you can easily do this without the help of any diet pills. These pills may get more than 2 pounds off per week but it is unhealthy and probably not long lasting. As soon as you stop the pill the weight will come back and you will gain more weight than you lost putting you in a worse position. Instead of trying to lose weight quickly try to do it over a period of time. It is healthier and more likely to stay off for good.

Alli won’t lose weight for you by itself but combined with a sensible diet and exercise it can really help. Consider alli an ally, not a fix all. Also remember to take multivitamins when you’re on alli because you can get depleted and run down otherwise.

    Best wishes to all!
